1X-ray image is not clear. Might adjusting X-ray exposure time affect quality of image?

Yes. Customer needs to adjust X-ray exposure time for each tooth. For example, normally, upper tooth requires longer exposure time than lower tooth and moral requires longer exposure time as well. Front tooth relatively needs shorter exposure time.

2My X-ray has an error. (or not able to charge.) It shows error code. What needs to be done?

Please inform us the serial number for the unit and explain the error symptom in detail first.

3Is it compatible DIGIMED's X-ray and other brand's charger?

Our X-rays’ charger are specially designed to use for our x-rays.

4 I see BU Timer code when it is irradiated.

User needs to push the exposure button until the last beep sound. If the user takes his/her finger off from the exposure button in the middle of the beep sound, then the error occurs.

5When X-ray has an error, which side will handle with shipping charge?

Regardless warranty period, when error occurs, customers send the unit to us by their cost. After repair, we send the unit back to customer by our cost.

6How long repair does take?

Besides, delivery times, repair work will be done within 2 to 3 days in working days.

7Any software do I need to install for x-ray?

Software for x-ray does not need.

8I am using X-ray with sensor. However, image is not able to be acquired.

In this case, both x-ray and sensor need to be checked. To be sure, please test x-ray and the sensor with another units, then inform us.

9I would like to purchase other option parts or battery.

Especially, battery needs to be managed regularly. Battery needs to be charged every 3 months and after charging, x-ray needs to be irradiated at least once. Please contact to us when you need option parts or battery.

10If you recommend 2 models among x-rays, which models are they and what's the difference?
